If you are a student applicant, faculty recommender, or grant administrator who is experiencing technical difficulties with the Student Grants Database, please fill out this form.

Note: If you are a student and your deadline is imminent, please call Fellowship Programs at (203) 432-8685 during normal business hours, Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Bug Report

To access the bug report form, check the boxes to confirm that you have tried...


Check that all applicant required materials are 100% complete.

Check that the fellowship deadline has not passed (Note: many deadlines are at 1:00 p.m. on the deadline day).

Visit the Student Information System to ensure your information is correct.

Make sure to click the "Update Reporting Database" button before running the report.

You can find your access code in the recommendation email.

Be sure to use the email address that the recommendation email was sent to.

Check in your spam folder for the email.

Search your email for sender, "no-reply_yalegrants@communityforce.com".
