Chinese Cultural (Yung Wing) Scholarship

Created in memory of Yung Wing, the first Chinese student to earn a degree at Yale University, this Scholarship supports year-long study of Chinese at an approved Chinese university.
Eligible are Yale first-year students, sophomores, juniors, and seniors who are not Chinese nationals. Campus application deadline typically in February for the following year.
